Enter your 5-digit customer number and your purchase order (P/O) number or TekTone S/O # in the boxes provided, and click on the "Lookup Order" button. If your order has shipped, you'll see the ship date, along with a tracking number. Click on the tracking number to track your package's progress via UPS or FedEx.

Our online database is updated every hour, and shipping information is available up to 2 months after shipment. You can find your 5-digit customer number on our invoices and statements in the "Customer Code" field.
