Now you can now track the status of your TekTone order! Use this form to check the order status. When your order has shipped, you can also track your shipment from this page (UPS and FedEx only).

Enter your 5-digit customer number and your purchase order (P/O) number or TekTone S/O # in the boxes provided, and click on the “Lookup Order” button. If your order has shipped, you’ll see the ship date, along with a tracking number. Click on the tracking number to track your package’s progress via UPS or FedEx.

Our online database is updated every hour, and shipping information is available up to 2 months after shipment. You can find your 5-digit customer number on our packing lists, invoices and statements in the “Customer Code” field.
