Tariffs & Taxes

As a designer and manufacturer of healthcare communications systems, TekTone does procure specialty electronics from suppliers around the world to ensure our life safety systems are dependable and the highest quality. With this said we are noticing the recently imposed tariffs increasing the prices of imported goods.

These tariffs and taxes can significantly increase the final price of a product, so TekTone wants to be as transparent as possible. On some sales orders, you may notice a separate line item labeled tariff surcharge. This small percentage we hope will be a temporary measure to defray the cost of increased commodity pricing. 

TekTone Production and Shipping department hours are Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST.

Sales and Technical Support department hours are Monday through Friday  8:00am to 5:30pm EST.
