Due to the dramatic increase of COVID cases in Western North Carolina we will regrettably be rescheduling our training program. Classes planned through the end of September will be held as scheduled with the following health and safety requirements;
- Guests entering the building will be required to show proof of vaccination.
- Everyone entering the building will have their temperature checked and recorded daily.
- Everyone will be required to wear masks while inside where social distancing is not possible.
Classes previously scheduled for October-December have been temporarily suspended. We will reinstate these classes as soon as it is deemed safe to do so. Please check back often for updates to this schedule.
Re-Certification is Now Available Online
We have been able to streamline the necessary content for our re-certification class and present it in a one-day online class. Class schedule will be posted on our website with a link to the registration page.
Participants will be required to create a user account for registration and testing.
This class is appropriate for any previously trained technicians with experience on the TC120 and/or TC160 product lines. Concepts first deployed in these products are also utilized in the P5+ line. The class will be presented with a presumed understanding of points and virtual stations. If an individual does not have this experience look for opportunities to attend the 4-day initial TEP Certification class.

A skilled nursing facility (nursing home, convalescent home, care home or rest home) provides a place of residence for those who require continuous nursing attention.
