Order Status and Tracking

Easily check the status of your TekTone order anytime.

Simply enter your Customer ID along with your Purchase Order (PO) number or TekTone Sales Order (SO) number to view the latest order information. Once your order has shipped, you’ll also be able to track your package through UPS or FedEx directly from the results page.

Order information is updated hourly, and shipment tracking details remain available for up to two months after your order ships. Your Customer ID can be found on your packing lists, invoices, or account statements.
