TekTone experienced an exciting and impactful year in 2025, marked by product innovation, partner growth, community involvement, and continued recognition of our employees and workplace culture.
We began the year by celebrating two employees reaching an impressive milestone of 25 years with the company. Their dedication, experience, and commitment continue to play a vital role in TekTone’s ongoing success and set an inspiring example for the entire team.
Building on this momentum, 2025 was a landmark year for product development, as TekTone introduced two major new systems, the Tek-CARE® 3000 System and the Tek-CARE® 400 GEN3 System. These products were designed to meet evolving healthcare needs while enhancing performance and flexibility.
• The Tek-CARE® 3000 System is a UL1069 and UL2560 listed nurse call solution that delivers dependable, scalable communication with customizable master and patient stations for healthcare facilities of all sizes.
• The Tek-CARE® 400 GEN3 System is the latest evolution of TekTone’s wired nurse call platform, delivering proven reliability with enhanced performance and flexibility for modern healthcare facilities.
Both systems were officially launched at the TekTone Elite Partner Conference in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, which welcomed approximately 120 attendees. The conference provided valuable opportunities to connect with other TEPs, showcase new products, and preview TekTone’s plans for the future.
In addition to product innovation, TekTone continued to strengthen its offerings and credibility. The Tek-CARE® 570 Wireless System obtained UL 2560 listing, confirming it meets rigorous safety, reliability, and performance standards for healthcare environments.
Partner growth also remained strong, with TekTone welcoming 13 new TekTone Elite Partners and 19 new Distributors, further expanding and strengthening our dealer network.
Our commitment to workplace excellence was recognized when Healthcare Innovation named TekTone one of the Top Companies to Work for in Healthcare. This award highlights organizations that create supportive work environments, encourage employee development, and foster positive workplace culture.
Community involvement continued to be a focus throughout the year. TekTone employees hosted Thanksgiving and Christmas food drives, donating 457 lbs of food to CareNet in Macon County. During the holiday season, employees also filled out over 274 Christmas cards for residents of senior living facilities in Franklin. Additionally, we welcomed Bartram Academy English students to TekTone for facility tours and discussions about potential career opportunities.
As we reflect on 2025, we are grateful for our employees, partners, customers, and community members who helped make this year such a success. Thank you for being part of TekTone’s continued growth. We look forward to 2026 and the new opportunities it will bring.
